pin cushions

Pin cushions for 6th and 7th grade.

The girls and I tried out wet and dry felting. NKK made a little owl wool blob that she would not allow to be in the photo.

Hey sweet sister from long ago and far away...I have thought about you so often over the last nine months as I have worked towards the completion of KY teacher training...and here I am just returning home from our last weekend to find your invitation to this blog. It is amazing how our paths keep crossing, although I haven't seen you in years. Much love to you and your family! I am so glad you are working with felt! That's my favorite handwork medium :)

Aerlyn!!!!!
I also have been thinking about you. How is the midwifery world? I miss it!. As you can see my felted tree a few days back, looks more like a placenta :)
I hope we can connect some time in the near future. Keep me updated on your progress.
With LOTS of love
