we are also making felted elephants to go along with this project
THis is a very powerful project and all the children know about it now.
I have been doing this adopting project for the past 3 years and all the kids really love it.

Great pencil cases! It looks like the lining and zippers were machine sewn? Did you do it, or kids from the older grades? Nice work!
