school's visited this summer

santa fe high school "great room" this is the social room where 4 other buildings are connected to....the high school students rotate through the 4 building in Blocks through out the year. they have no main lesson teacher like in the grades. this great room is their social room...it has a ping pong table and has very high ceilings that carry noise. it seems to be a room where the children can "breathe"

I have actually heard about this play yard outside of this store. Very cool. I love the idea of a yurt for the eurythmy class.

What an amazing school! I worked in a Waldorf Kindergarten for 5 years and the first thing I thought was, 'I wonder how often they have to clean the sand off of that floor' I imagine it is a great experience to have a sand table in the classroom but I am sure it is messy.
