waldorf 7th grade Human A & P

I taught 2 days of Human reproduction to the 7th grade.

really nice drawings!!! love them...I haven't seen anything like this in our 7th grades, I wonder if they teach that? I know they have a special teacher coming in to teach "family life" which is pretty much sex-ed...why family life? that just seems like a weird thing to call it to me!

I'd love to be able to chalk like that - I am inspired to start practicing that - maybe by the time my daughters are in 7th grade...one can dream.

I like how you relate the ovarian cycle to the four seasons. Is that your original idea?
And I didn't know you teach biology on top of everything! You keep amazing me!

Maskitit-
Before I started teaching handwork I was a midwife...I am still a midwife...I just don't practice right now.....when my girls are in high school I will go back to Midwifery
