Update on 5th grade socks
At week 8 of the school year my advanced knitters in 5th grade have all done both cuffs (except two who were sick and have fallen behind) 5 have turned the heel on the week 8 and the rest should turn the next week.
2 students have finished one sock . closed the toe on week 8.

One of these days I WILL finish my socks...she said optimistically. :)
ReplyDeleteI was wondering what sock pattern you use, as I think mine might need a little tweaking...what size needle do you use? We are on very small dpn's, and I wonder if they are too small? We start with hats and wrist warmers on larger needles, size 9 ish, then sock needles size 3 or 4 ish....
