Handwork training at RSC

There are 2 Handwork trainings each year on opposite sides of the US

    thank you for sharing your beautiful work! i love it, but have no idea how it is done. are you needle felting as well as wet felting there?

    This is not my training but I would guess they are wet felting and in the end they might had needle felted to do touch ups
